How Hiring Works
The hiring process is your first experience of our THRIVE values in action. Each step gives you a clear picture of the role, and lets us get to know you better.
Candidate review and verification: we review every application for fit and verify your ID.
Recruiter phone screening: we’ll discuss your experience, and you can ask questions about the role and Lyric.
Interview loop: loops vary by role. Engineers code live and share design work; non-technical candidates do STAR-based interviews.
Final selection: we review feedback across every step, and selected candidates receive an offer.
Engineering roles: staff and senior engineering candidates may be asked to complete an interview with a vendor partner. It reflects our value of transparency.
