Ravi Umarji

Ravi Umarji is Lyric’s President and Chief Financial Officer. As President and CFO, Ravi leads enterprise-wide execution and aligns the organization against Lyric’s most critical priorities: client satisfaction, innovation, AI adoption, new product offerings, activation of the Lyric42 Platform, M&A, and a performance-based, client-centric culture. He drives top-line growth, profitability and strategic prioritization across the company.

Prior to joining Lyric, Ravi spent more than a decade with TPG Capital, where he co-led the launch of TPG’s European healthcare investment franchise and oversaw capital deployment across the U.S. and Europe. He helped lead TPG’s investments in several companies, serving on the board of or guiding the firm’s investments in DOC Generici, Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Kindred at Home, Kindred Healthcare, Curo Health Services and The Warranty Group.

Before joining TPG in 2012, Ravi worked in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs. He earned a Bachelor of Science in applied mathematics and economics from Northwestern University, graduating magna cum laude with Tau Beta Pi engineering honors. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
